A stunning enclave of estates perched on the McCullough mountain range offering the most breathtaking vistas of the Las Vegas Valley, Ascaya is a premier community that redefines modern architecture, setting a new standard for luxury living in the desert.

Designed with the Desert in MinD

Inspired by its beautiful topography, Ascaya’s desert, earth and stone features are apparent in every line and angle of the homes, creating architectural gems that appear to have been shaped by the elements.

Desert Contemporary style was executed with large windows that welcome the abundance of desert beauty into the homes’ interiors, while overhangs provide shade for the functional outdoor spaces. No obstructing boundaries can be found in the spaces. These homes were designed to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living, bringing nature into the forefront of the homes’ spectacular designs.
Color palettes reflect the surrounding landscape. Warm earth tones resemble the desert, while blue accents reflect the bright skies above. Wood, stone, surfaced glass and steel, provide a medley of attractive textures into the design, resulting in spaces that are cozy, rustic, yet opulently refined.

Designed by the World’s Best Architects

Ascaya gathered the most renowned architects in the country to erect these emblematic structures that harmoniously blend with the desert environment. The developers recruited six firms, namely, Richard Meier & Partners Architects, Marmol Radziner, Lake | Flato Architects, SB Architects, Swaback Partners and Hoogland Architecture to design the inspiration homes for the luxury community.
Each firm was given the same brief that allowed for creativity in design, giving the designers the freedom to incorporate their own unique signatures into the construction of the individual sites. Marmol Radziner for instance, focused on connecting the homes to the environment with local natural stone, bronze and western red cedar, while SB architects maximized on transforming the estates into personal retreats, with spaces that inspire family gathering, entertainment and relaxation.
