Fall of this year has been an especially busy time -- Las Vegas will be home to several new dining options, luxury developments, and beautiful hotel renovations.
The dining scene at Montelago Village at Lake Las Vegas will have a jazzy new addition when Vino Del Lago brings a new wine, tapas, and jazz lounge to the area. The casual, upscale lounge will feature a bar area, main dining room and 82-square-feet of wine storage. Private wine tastings will also be available during the week.

The transformation of the Monte Carlo into the Park MGM will also bring a variety of exciting new restaurants to the area, including Primrose from Bryce Shuman. Shuman comes from Michelin-starred Botany in New York and will bring France-inspired dishes to the Strip. While the menu puts vegetables on center stage with an emphasis on open-fire cooking, Primrose is not a vegetarian restaurant. The huge, 495-seat restaurant features indoor and outdoor dining spaces with a second-floor terrace. This spot is guaranteed to be a crowd favorite and you won’t want to miss the opportunity to dine here!
