High-End Clubhouse is about to riseThe developer, headed by Henry Cheng, also announced recently that they are already planning the construction of Ascaya’s clubhouse. (Source: VEGAS INC) They said that it might start by the end of the year.
Lots in AscayaAlthough there are no properties established within the site, the selling of lots commenced just late last year. There are 313 lot spaces in the 630-acre development of Ascaya. The price of each lot ranges from $800,000 to $1,000,000. The developers expect that a certain estate can occupy a half-acre lot, but it does not mean they limit the buyers in buying larger land area. The first Ascaya lot was sold last November 2014.
